How will my goods be packaged?
Our traders will package your goods as they would if you were buying them at the Market. If you are ordering a large amount of goods, these might be delivered in paper bags or boxes.
Please note that any chilled or frozen items are packed in non-insulated packaging and may spoil if left unattended. We recommend being home to accept your order if it contains perishable goods. Queen Vic Market Online will not be responsible for any loss (including theft) of delivered products or spoilage following an unattended delivery.
Can I return my packaging for re-use?
No, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we cannot accept your packaging to be reused again. We encourage you to reuse in your own homes or when doing your own shopping.

I have a special request for the product I am ordering
If you have specific requests for your products, like your meat cut into a certain size, please include these in the order note next to the specific product ordered in your cart.

Please be aware that weights are only approximate. We will always attempt to get as close to the weight selected as possible.
The product I normally order is not listed online. Can I still order this?

Do prices change on products?
Yes, prices change due to demand of product, seasonality and other factors.
Can I get alcohol delivered?
Yes, alcohol is available to purchase for customers aged 18 or over. Customers must be home for delivery and the delivery driver will check ID to anyone who appears under the age of 25. Anyone who cannot provide valid ID upon request will be refused delivery of the product and items returned to Queen Vic Market Online.
Unattended deliveries containing alcohol will not be permitted.
